General Introduction

3.1 — Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out using your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the hibet support team immediately.

3.2 — Account Verification

Before processing withdrawals, hibet may complete an identity verification (KYC) process. This process may require a copy of a national ID card or passport, as well as proof of address.

3.3 — Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through support. hibet also reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

hibet processes all payment transactions securely via SSL encryption. The applicable payment terms are detailed below:

4.1 — Supported Payment Methods

4.4 — Third-Party Payments

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

hibet offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings. The wagering multiplier is 20x.

5.3 — General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be used once — the same offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires.
• hibet reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud or misuse is suspected.
• Multiple people from the same household or on the same device may not claim the same bonus.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

hibet is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Any form of cheating, fraud, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to defeat the system through collusion with other users.
• Taking unfair advantage of technical errors or bugs in the platform.

VIP Program & Cashback

hibet operates a three-tier VIP program for its regular users. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your gaming activity and dedication to the platform. hibet retains full discretionary authority regarding VIP membership evaluation. Cashback amounts are calculated based on eligible bets and may vary by game.

Responsible Gaming

hibet prioritizes responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be enjoyed for entertainment purposes only — not as a solution to financial problems.

8.1 — Self-Limitation Tools

Users can set deposit limits, bet limits, and session time limits on their accounts. These limits help users maintain healthy gaming habits.

8.2 — Self-Exclusion

• That servers or connections will be error-free.
